1.2.1
Safety instructions for electrical work
Warning
Switch off the power supply before working on system components; if this is ignored
severe bodily injuries or even death may result!
All work which may possibly need to be performed while the system is live must only be
performed by qualified electricians certified according to an approved national scheme!
Switch off the power supply before working on system components!
Once the mains voltage is connected, the dosing pump can start up automatically!
Attention
Ensure that electronic or electrical system components are not damaged by splash
water, dosing medium or similar!

Safety instructions for mechanicalworking
Warning
Before cleaning, maintenance or repair work ensure that the JUDO UNIDOS digital
dosing pump system is fully hydraulically depressurised!
These activities must only be performed by JUDO customer service or authorised
technical personnel, who know and understand the overall system of the JUDO UNIDOS
digital dosing pump system and its environment!
1.2.3
Safety instructions for the handling of chemicals
Warning
The safety data sheets of the manufacturer of the dosing agents, the respective usage
guidelines and application instructions as well as any standard safety measures must be
observed when handling chemicals!
When dosing chlorine, it must only be used in the form of sodium hypochlorite solution
(NaClO, chlorine bleaching lye)!
To prevent the formation of chlorine gas, sodium hypochlorite must not come into
contact with acids or acidically reacting chemicals!
Sodium hypochlorite must only be stored or placed in the same room as acids or
acidically reacting chemicals, if either the sodium hypochlorite or the acids or acidically
reacting chemicals are stored in break-proof vessels!
Wear protective equipment when handling sodium hypochlorite!
Harmful for health! Corrosive action on skin, eyes and mucous membranes!
Always keep chemical containers (full or empty) closed and only refill with the
chemicals, with which they were originally filled!
