Operation

The correct operation of the JUDO UNIDOS digital dosing pump system and the dosing

concentration must be checked at regular intervals by the operator!

Observe Chap. 7.4 - 7.5!

The dosing capacity is dependent on the system-induced back pressure and the stroke frequency setting

(0.1 - 100 %). The necessary setting can be determined using the following examples.

Example of dosing with parallel operation of one feed pump

Given:

Volume flow of the feed pump, e.g. 5 m³/h

System-induced back pressure, e.g. 6 bar

JUDO chemical used, e.g. JHL 2 (dose 100 - 150 ml/m³, see Chap. 7.4.2)

Selected JHL 2 dose, e.g. 125 ml/m³

As is apparent in Chap. 3.3.1, Tab. 6, the dosing capacity must be set between 8 - 9 %.

System-induced back pressure, e.g. 6 bar

JUDO chemical used, e.g. JHL 2 (dose 100 - 150 ml/m³, see Chap. 7.4.2)

Selected JHL 2 dose, e.g. 125 ml/m³ system content

Dosing capacity setting, e.g. 100%

Dosing capacity at 100 %: 7222 ml/h (see Chap. 3.3.1, Tab. 6)
