Preparation of a 10 % solution

As is apparent from table 21, 1600 ml JH 1 is required to prepared a 10 % solution. To do so provide 20 l of
soft water and add JH 1 in small portions while mixing vigorously.

Checking of the dosing concentration
All dosing quantity information in these installation and operating instructions must be
taken as a guide!
The dosing agent excess and the dosing effect must be checked by the operator at
regular intervals dependent on the operating conditions using JUDO measuring
instruments and, where necessary, the dose corrected accordingly!
