Problem Possible causes Solution
The Kirschner wire is inserted
in the handpiece and cannot
be moved forward. The Kirschner wire was inserted from
the rear. Lock the machine by turning the mode
selector switch to OFF. Remove the
attachment, hold the drive shaft opening
down and shake out the Kirschner wire.
Handpiece or attachment
becomes excessively hot. Cutting edges of the tool are blunt. Replace the tool.
Battery casing jams when
inserting or removing from
drive unit. The battery casing seal has become dry
from repeated cleaning. Clean and lubricate according to care
and maintenance guidelines.
The battery casing knob is
difficult to turn. The locking mechanism needs to
be lubricated. Clean and lubricate according to care
and maintenance guidelines.

The triggers are difficult to
move. The trigger shafts need to be lubricated. Lubricate the trigger shafts as described

It is difficult to couple the

Battery casing lid is difficult to
