The analog AI/O interfaces of JAKA’s control cabinet can be configured to be in different working modes through
the JAKA Zu APP (0-10V input by default). When the user needs to configure it to other functional modes, the
APP can be used for settings. For high accuracy, it is recommended to obey the following instructions:
• Use the AG terminal closest to this AI/O.
• Use the same grounding for the device and the control cabinet. The analog AI/O and the control cabinet do
not perform potential isolation.
• Use shielding cables or twisted pairs. Connect shielding layer to the “AG” terminal on the “power” terminal.
• Use the equipment working in the current mode. The sensitivity of the current signal is lower than the interface.

High Speed Interface
P6 high speed interface (HSI) can be connected to an external encoder for conveyor belt tracking and other
occasions. For detailed use, contact JAKA technical service personnel to get support.

Remote Control Interface
Using remote ON/OFF control, you can turn on/turn off the control cabinet when you do not use the JAKA Zu
APP or the control stick. It usually controls the ON/OFF of the robot control cabinet when the user connects
remote ON/OFF to the PLC system.
It is effective when the ON/OFF control receives 5-24V power supply (the reference GND is V-). The ON/OFF
interface has the same function as the control stick switch button.
Users can short-circuit the ON/OFF interface to 5-24V power or VSB interface through the switch.
