- Improper handling of the battely may lead to explo-

sion. Never short the poles. Keep away from sparks
or flames. When charging or using, provide suffi-
cient ventilation. Watch out when using booster
cables.

- Battery electrolyte (sulphuric acid) may cause blind-

ness or burns. Avoid allowing electrolyte to contact
eyes, skin or clothing. In the event of an accident
