Electrical connection
LVLØ flexible and unique technology allows connecting up to four standard dosing pumps via 240V AC
(50/60Hz) outputs. Built-in circuit breaker for dosing pumps has “LVLØ System” sign on devices front panel
(see picture). Circuit breaker has active failure monitoring as
it powers vital functions of water treatment processes.
You can manually check the connection and start/stop the
pump for testing purposes via the mobile application (details
in section 3.21 ).

LVLØ Dosing Pumps
LVLØ Dosing pumps can be used with LVLØ controller. LVLØ Dosing Pumps have proven 2-roller design for
low flow 230V AC application (~20W). Standard flow rate is up to 30ml/min
to guarantee precise dose. LVLØ Dosing Pumps are supplied with 3m cable.
Wire numbering:
1 – Phase - dosing pump 1 2 – Phase - dosing pump 2 3 – N –neutral
The standard tube in peristaltic pumps has an excellent mechanical
strength, wide chemical resistance, and excellent strength against oxidizing
agents (ozone, peroxides and hypochlorite), Temperature range: +10°C to +
85°C.

Configuration
Dosing pumps assignment and setup has to be performed via LVLØ mobile application in Service section;
select Water treatment.
Pump 1: <pH minus> pump 1 can be used only for dosing pH minus connected to pump 1 connector.
Pump 2: <chlorine/algaecide/not installed> select dosing usage for pump connected to pump 2 connector.
Pump 3: <flocculants/not installed> select dosing usage for pump connected to pump 3 connector.
Pump 4: <chlorine/algaecide/not installed> select dosing usage for pump connected to pump 1 connector.
Pump 1 flow rate: <value> value in ml/minute. Set measured real pump 1 flow rate. It is recommended to
perform exact measurement with installed dosing tubes.
Pump 2 flow rate: <value> value in ml/minute. Set measured real pump 2 flow rate. It is recommended to
perform exact measurement with installed dosing tubes.
Pump 3 flow rate: <value> value in ml/minute. Set measured real pump 3 flow rate. It is recommended to
perform exact measurement with installed dosing tubes.
