DCS 300 Window

Turning Off the DCS 300

You may need to turn off the DCS 300 for maintenance or relocation. Before you push
the On/Off button on the front panel, you must shut down the DCS 300.

When you shut down the DCS 300, it performs a series of activities to ensure that no
system files or data are lost. This process may take several minutes.

If you are using the DCS 300 local interface and you want to reboot the DCS 300 to
activate your changes, from the Shutdown DCS 300 message box choose Restart.

Note:

If you are using Remote Console, you must choose the Restart button. You

cannot choose Shutdown and then press

Ctrl

If you are using the Web browser interface and you want to reboot the DCS 300, from
the DCS 300 Management page choose Reboot.
