Attention: After the claws of hole below the computer and the groove of the handlebar support alignment,
the claws can be inserted into the groove.
5) Install the Seat Cushion
First remove three M8 Nylon Nuts (62) andφ8 Flat washers (64) from underneath of the Seat cushion (16),
and then attach the Seat cushion (16) to the plate of Seat post (7) with three M8 Nylon Nuts (62) andφ8
Flat washers (64) that were removed. (See figure 5)
6) Install the Seat Post
Insert the Seat post (7) into the seat adjustor (4). Cover the frame of seat adjustor with left and right seat
adjustor plastic cover (38 and 39) as shown in figure 6. Fix them with two Crosshead self-lock bolt
ST2.9×12 (69) and tighten the Short knob (21) after adjustment. (See figure 6)
7) Install the Seat Adjustor
First install the Tension knob (15) with Wrench (66). Insert the Seat adjustor (4) into the Bushing (48) of
Main frame (1). Then adjust the Seat adjustor (4) to the desired hole for the appropriate position and
tighten the Tension knob (15) after adjustment. (See figure 7)
8) Install the Pedals
Attach the left & right Pedals (18 &19) to the left & right Crank (25 &26). The left Pedal (18) should be
threaded on counter-clockwise. The right Pedal (19) should be threaded on clockwise. (See figure 8)
