1) Operate according to your own condition.
2) Adjustment of the seat cushion: Release the round knob and adjust the seat cushion to the suitable
position and tighten the round knob after adjustment.
3) Sitting pose: Sit on the seat cushion when exercising, tighten the pedaling straps and hold the
Handlebars with hands, adjust your posture according to your exercise speed and intensity.
Attention:
Please follow these assembly instructions step by step to assemble this upright bike.
1) Install the Front Stabilizer
Attach the Front stabilizer (3) to the main frame with two Half-round bolt M8x20 (51) andφ8 Spring
washer,φ8 Flat washers (64).(See figure 1)
2) Install the Rear Stabilizer
Attach the Rear stabilizer (2) to the main frame with two Half-round bolt M8x20 (51) andφ8 Spring
washer,φ8 Flat washers (64). (See figure 2)
3) Install the Handlebar Support
Connect the computer connecting wire (65) to the corresponding wire from the tube of main frame. Put
the handlebar support (6) through the front plastic cover (37) into the tube of main frame (1) and fix it
with four half-round bolt M8x20(51) and spring washerφ8(72), four flat washerφ8(64) and two big arc
washerφ8 (31). Then pull down the front plastic cover (37) and cover it well. (See figure 3)
Addition:
Fix the front plastic cover (37) with Cushion (70).
4) Install the Handle Pulse Tube and Computer
Put the handle pulse tube (12) into the groove of the handlebar support (6) (See figure 4). Connect the
computer connecting wire (65) to the Pulse wire (34) from the handlebar support. Put the computer (23) to
the right position and fix the computer to the handlebar support (6) with one half-round bolt M8x16
(53)and spring washerφ8(72), two big arc washerφ8 (31). Finally lock with T-knob (22) and spacer (14),
then twisted into the claws, adjust the handle pulse tube (12), and tighten the T-knob (22) it well. (See
