6.4 Basic settings

Before making your first measurement, set the device using the following menu.

• Settings > Miscellaneous

• Display

• Settings > Interfaces

• User authorization

You can access the menus via the main menu

First, set the language.

6.4.1 Setting the language and date

Language

You can select one of the following languages:

• English

• German

• French

• Italian

• Portuguese

• Spanish

• Japanese

► Select “Settings > Miscellaneous > Language”

To temporarily set the language to English, press keys 2 and 6 during the warm-up

phase. Call up the language setting after the warm-up phase and set the desired

language.
