Prepare the ExAmp Reaction

Prepare the ExAmp reaction master mix immediately before use.

Invert EPX1 and EPX2 to mix.

Briefly centrifuge EPX1, EPX2, and EPX3.

Prepare the ExAmp master mix in a 1.5 ml tube as follows.

Add 210 µl EPX1.

Add 30 µl EPX2. Slowly pipette to mix.

Add 110 µl EPX3. Slowly pipette to mix. Make sure that the bottom of the tube is
free of bubbles.

Add 35 µl master mix to the bottom of each well of the 8-tube strip. Slowly pipette to
mix. Change tips between samples.

Cap the tubes and briefly centrifuge.

Set aside on ice until you are ready to load the cBot.

CAUTION

Load the 8-tube strip onto the cBot within

15 minutes
