User-Supplied Consumables

The following user-supplied consumables are used for preparation of clustering reagents
provided in the HiSeq X and HiSeq 3000/4000 kits. Make sure that you use the appropriate
8-tube strip for your workflow.

The HiSeq X and HiSeq 3000/4000 kits introduce a denaturation step before clustering on
the cBot 2. Using these kits, libraries are denatured in the 8-tube strip before adding the
ExAmp reaction mix.
