The KINO-LX motherboard is capable of self-monitoring various aspects of its operating 

status including: 

 

CPU, chipset, and battery voltage, +5V, and +12V 

 

CPU and board temperatures (by the corresponding embedded sensors) 

2.12 BIOS 

The KINO-LX uses a licensed copy of Phoenix Award BIOS. The features of the flash 

BIOS used are listed below:

2.13 Operating Temperature and Temperature Control 

The maximum and minimum operating temperatures for the KINO-LX motherboard are 

listed below. 

 

Minimum Operating Temperature: 0ºC (32°F) 

 

Maximum Operating Temperature: 60°C (140°F) 

A cooling heat sink is installed on the CPU. Thermal paste is smeared on the lower side of 

the heat sink before it is mounted on the CPU.
