Seed value for PRBS generation. It can be used for polynomial
seed or as the actual data depending on the value of
PRBS_MODE in

Lane {0..47} Control Register

Note: The polynomial seed must be set to a non-zero value in
order for the PRBS generator to work as intended. In addition, at
least one of the bits between the highest power of the selected
polynomial and index 0 must be set to 1 to guarantee proper
pseudo-random generation.
