5. Setting Web Authentication
Set the Web Authentication function to connect a PC to the AP-90M, and to display the authentication page
when you access a web browser.
Enter the user name and password to enable the PC to access the network.
• Set both “Basic” and “Advanced” screens.
Network Settings > Web Authentication > Basic
Network Settings > Web Authentication > Advanced
Setting the Web Authentication screens
Follow the steps below to enable the “Web Authentication,” and then set the “Web Authentication” and “Au-
thentication Method.” (Example: RADIUS First)
• Wireless 1’s Virtual AP (ath0) is used as an example.
Select [Enable] in the “Web Authentication” menu, and then set the authentication settings.

Select the virtual AP’s “Authentication Method,” and then enter the RADIUS server settings.
• Default settings and port numbers may differ, depending on your system.
• Enter the same “Secret” value as set in the “RADIUS” menu on the “Authentication Server” screen.
