Installing Video Memory

 

7. Reinstall the covers (see “Completing the Installation” on

page 197) and run the System Configuration Utility program
(see Chapter 2, “Configuring Your Server” on page 29). The
next time that you start the server, a message appears to
indicate that memory has been added or removed.

8. Go to Table 8 on page 275 to record the size of the DRAM and

the connector into which it is installed. Then, return here and
continue with “What to do next?” on page 126 to determine
your next step.
