핀 사이의 공기 흐름은 튜브내의 냉각수에 의해 냉

각된다. 원활한 열전달을 위해서 열교환기 측면 플레이

트 및 튜브를 검사하고 깨끗이 세척하는 것은 매우 중

요하다. 또한 과급 냉각기에 있는 개스킷의 상태는 반

드시 점거해야 한다.

과급 냉각기는 엔진의 수명을 연장하기 위해서라도

규칙적으로 반드시 점검해야 한다.

과급 냉각기의 분해/점검

저온 및 고온 냉각수를 배출한다.

그림 1과 같이 과급 냉각기 커버 체결용 볼트를

풀어낸다.

과급 냉각기 커버 및 개스킷을 들어낸다.

과급 냉각기를 리프팅 공구를 사용하여 들어낸다.

The air flowing between fins is cooled by cooling

water in the tube. It is important to check and clean the

heat exchange side plates and tubes to transfer the

heat properly. Also be sure to inspect the gasket

condition in the charge air cooler.

Inspect the charger air cooler at regular intervals for

a long service life of the engine.

Overhaul of Charge Air Cooler

1. Drain the cooling water (L.T and H.T)

2. Unscrew the bolts for the air cooler cover as

shown in fig. 1.

3. Dismount the air cooler cover and gasket.

4. Dismount the air cooler using the lifting tool.
