Engine & Machinery Division 06.04/YJH

위치고정 핀으로 고정시키기 위해 캠 샤프트 기어를

캠 샤프트 쪽으로 밀고 임시로 대각방향으로 두개의

조인트 나사를 이용하여 기어와 샤프트를 조립한다.

다시 캠 샤프트 기어의 정렬을 점검한다. 캠 샤프트

기어와 플라이휠 상사점 마킹은 그림 3과 같이 되어

야 한다.

상사점 마킹은 제 1번 실린더의 상사점을

의미합니다.

모든 체결 볼트를 조립하고, 대각 방향으로 하나씩

조인다.

볼트를 조립하기 전, 나사산에 몰리코트를

바르십시오..

볼트와 와셔의 상태를 점검하십시오. 손상

된 볼트와 와셔를 재 사용하지 말고, 새 순정품만을 사용하

십시오. 그렇지 않으면 풀어지고 부서진 부품이 엔진에 심

각한 손상을 일으킬 수 있습니다.

7. Push camshaft gear toward camshaft to fit in

positioning pin and assemble the gear and shaft

temporarily by two sets of joint screws diagonally.

8. Check alignment of camshaft gear again. TDC

marks of camshaft gear and flywheel should be

as shown in fig. 3.

TDC marking means TDC of No. 1

cylinder.

9. Assemble all sets of joint screws and tighten

them one by one diagonally.

Coat Molykote on the thread of the

bolt before assembling.

Check the condition of bolts and

washers. Do not reuse damaged ones. Use only

new genuine screws. Otherwise, loosened or

broken screws may cause serious damages on the

engine.
