연료  분사  펌프의  엔진  외부로의  분해 

1.

 

소구경  파이프를  분리시킨다. 

(압축  공기  파이프  및  연료  드레인  파이프  등) 

2.

 

그림  1에서와  같이  연결핀을  뽑아서  연료  랙과  연

료  제어  레버를  분리시킨다. 

3.

 

연료  공급관용  블록                              을  3  개의  볼

트                                를  풀어낸  다음  분리한다. 

  공급  파이프로부터  흘러나오는  연료에  대

비하여  연료  분사  펌프  주변에  깨끗한  헝겊을  비치해  두

그림  2와  같이  2개의  고정용  볼트  (M8)를  준비하

여  연료  분사  펌프와  워터  쟈켓을  고정시킨다. 

 

이것은  고정  너트를  풀었을  때  연료  분사 

펌프가  스프링에  의하여  위쪽으로  튀어  나가는  것을  방지

하기  위한  필수  작업이며,  그렇기  때문에,  고압  파이프  블

록은  손상을  막기  위해서는  반드시  분해되어  있어야  합니

다.

2개의  너트                                와  2개의  볼트   

를  풀어낸  다음,  고압  파이프  블

록을  분리한다.

롤러가  연료  캠상에서  가장  낮은  위치로  올  때까

지  크랭크  샤프트를  회전시킨다. 

 

 

Dismounting a Fuel Injection Pump from the engine 

1.  Disconnect small pipes. 

(Compressed air pipe and fuel oil drain pipe, etc) 

2.  Disconnect the fuel rack and the fuel control lever 

by taking out the connecting pin as shown in fig. 1. 

3.  Detach the block                            for fuel feed pipes 

by unscrewing three bolts 

  Prepare  and  attach  clean  rag  on 

around fuel injection pump against fuel oil dropping 

from feed pipes. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.  Prepare  two  fixing  bolts  (M8),  and  screw  fuel 

injection pump and water jacket by them as shown 

in fig. 2. 

This  is  necessary  to  avoid  fuel 

injection  pump  extruded  upward  by  its  spring  after 

loosening the fixing nuts for the fuel injection pump. 

So,  the  high-pressure  pipe  block  should  be 

dismantled to avoid damages. 

5.  Detach  the  high  pressure  pipe  block  by 

unscrewing two nuts                            and two bolts. 

 

6.  Turn  the  crankshaft  until  the  roller  is  in  lowest 

position on the fuel cam.
