메인베어링의 분해

그림 1과 같이 측면 스터드의 두개의 너트에 유압

체결 세트를 설치한다.

두개의 너트를 동시에 유압으로 풀어낸다.

분해 절차서 :

분해 압력 : 870 bar (max. 893 bar)

유압 공구 :

유압 공구를 분해하고 엔진으로부터 스터드와 너트

를 빼낸다.

그림 2와 같이 리프팅 장치를 설치하고 메인 베어링

캡의 두개의 너트에 유압 공구 세트를 설치한다.

Dismantling of Main Bearings

1. Install the hydraulic tool set on two nuts of side

studs as shown in fig 1.

2. Loosen the two nuts hydraulically at the same

time.

Loosening procedure :

Loosening pressure : 870 bar (max. 893 bar)

Hydraulic tool :

3. Dismount the hydraulic tools and take out the

studs and nuts from the engine.

4. Install lifting device and hydraulic tool set on two

nuts of main bearing cap studs as shown fig.2.
