개요

엔진 연료 시스템은 경유뿐만 아니라 중유도 확실히

연소가 가능하도록 설계되어 있다. 그러나, 중유에 의해

시스템이 막히는 것을 방지하기 위해서는 정비 점검 전

경유로 교체 작업을 해야 한다. 그림 1은 엔진의 내부 연

료 시스템을 보여주고 있다.

연료 분사 장치는 연료 분사 펌프, 연결 블럭, 연료 고

압 블록 및 분사 밸브로 구성되어 있으며, 이 장치는 일

렬로 각 실린더마다 설치되어 있다.

연료 분사 펌프 는 롤러가 내장되어 있

는 롤러 태핏을 가지고 있으며, 각 분사 펌프에는 비상

정지용으로 공기압 실린더가 장착되어 있다. 연료 분사

펌프는 규칙적인 주기로 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 분

해/점검해야 한다.

시 자세한 정보를 제공받기 위해 현대중공업 디젤엔진 A/S로 연

락하여 주십시오.

Description

The engine fuel system is designed for a reliable

combustion of heavy fuel oil as well as diesel fuel oil.

However, it should be flushed by diesel fuel oil before

maintenance to avoid clogging of the system. Fig 1

shows the internal fuel oil system.

The fuel injection equipment comprises an

injection pump, a connection block, an fuel high

pressure block and an injection valve, which are

installed on each cylinder in line.

The fuel injection pump has a roller

tappet with built-in roller. Each injection pump has

pneumatic cylinder for emergency stop. The fuel

injection pump should be overhauled partly or totally

at regular intervals.
