작업대에서  실린더  헤드를  들어  올린  후  실린더  헤

드의  하부를  깨끗이  닦아낸다. 

4.

 

설치하기  전,  접촉되는  부분을  점검하고  깨끗이  닦

는다. 

 

워터  쟈켓  및  실린더  라이너 

 

배기  가스  덕트 

5.

 

모든  O-링은  반드시  점검하고  새것으로  교체해야 

한다.  또한  설치하기  전에  깨끗이  한  후  그리스를 

바른다. 

 

실린더  헤드  하부의  O-링   

 

워터  쟈켓의  연결  피이스의  O-링 

 

 

실린더  라이너의  O-링 

6.

 

실린더  라이너  상부의  실링  링을  깨끗이  한  후  내열

성을  가진  실링  페이스트(COPASLIP)를  바른다. 

 

7.

 

실린더  헤드를  워터  쟈켓의  보어로  이동시켜  천천히 

아래로  낮춘다.  이  때  윤활유  및  냉각수용  연결  피

이스의  위치를  올바르게  맞춘다.   

 

인접해  있는  부품과  접촉하여  손상되지  않도

록  주의하십시오

 

8.

 

실린더  헤드를  워터  쟈켓에  올려놓은  후,  조립된  상

태를  점검한다. 

9.

 

실린더  헤드의  조립  과정을  계속  이행한다.

3. 

Lift  up  the  cylinder  head  from  the  working  stand 

and clean the bottom of cylinder head. 

4. 

Check  and  clean  the  contact  areas  before 

mounting 

 

Water jacket and cylinder liner 

 

Exhaust gas duct. 

5. 

All  O-rings  should  be  checked  and  replaced  by 

new  ones,  which  also  should  be  cleaned  and 

greased before mounting. 

 

O-rings on the bottom of cylinder head 

 

O-rings  on  the  connection  pieces  of  water 

jacket 

 

O-ring on the cylinder liner   

6. 

Clean the sealing ring on top of the cylinder liner 

and  coat  sealing  paste  (COPASLIP)  for  heat 

resistance. 

7. 

Move  and  lower  the  cylinder  head  slowly  down 

through  the  bore  of  the  water  jacket,  while 

positioning  the  connection  pieces  for  lubricating 

oil and cooling water correctly. 

  Be  careful  not  to  be  damaged  by 

touching adjacent parts. 

8. 

After  landing  the  cylinder  head  on  the  water 

jacket, check the assembled condition. 

9. 

Continue  the  processes  for  mounting  of  the 

cylinder head. (See “

Mounting a cylinder unit on 

the engine

” in                            )
