엔진 가동

엔진 속도가 특정 RPM (710RPM for 720RPM,

880RPM for 900RPM)에 도달하거나 200RPM + 10초

가 되면 컨버트는 “엔진 가동”신호를 내게 된다.

“

엔진 가동” 신호는 릴레이를 통해 전달된다.

동기화 신호와 윤활유 예비 펌프의 시동/정지, 그리고

시동/정지 시에 알람 블로킹으로 전달된다

과속도

엔진속도가 전기적 과속도 점에 도달했을 때 컨버트는

엔진 정지 신호와 알람이 릴레이를 통해 전달된다.

안전 시동

안진 시동 신호가 활성화 되었을 때 엔진은 시동 할 수

있다. 엔진이 140RPM에 도달하면 압축 공기 시동 모

터는 중단된다.

또한 안전 시동 신호는 회전 시 시동 모터에 블로킹 역

할을 한다.

속도

측정

오류

모든 것이 정상일 때 속도 측정 신호는 활성 상태이다.

픽업 센서와 변환기가 이상 발생시 신호가 비활성화 된

다.

Engine run

When the engines speed reaches a certain PRM

(710RPM for 720RPM, 880RPM for 900RPM) or

200RPM + 10seconds, the converter gives an

“Engine run” signal

The “Engine run” signals will be given through a

relay. One for synchronizing and one for start /stop

of pre. lub. Oil pump or alarm blocking at start/stop.

Over speed

When the engine speed reach the set point for

electric overspend the converter gives a shutdown

signal and an alarm signal through a relay.

Safe start

When the safe start is activated the engine can start.

When the engine reaches 140RPM the air starter

will be shut-off.

Further, the safe start signal is a blocking function

for the air starter during rotation.

Tacho fail

The tacho signal will be on when everything is

normal. If the pick-up or the converter fails the

signal will be off.
