6.3 Selecting the operating modes
Depending on the equipment, the extraction unit provides different
operating modes as described in the following chapters.
WARNING
Solvent cleaner as test liquid - flammable gas-air mixture in the
extraction chamber
Danger of bodily injury

Open fires or smoking are prohibited in the vicinity.
WARNING
Static loading of components
Discharge / Explosion
u Only use hoses/pipes with suitable conductivity.
u
Earth the test item if it is on a support that has an insulating ef-
fect.
u Only use original spare parts.
CAUTION
Solvent cleaner as test liquid
Danger to health by spraying test liquid or aerosols.
u
Ensure a closed extraction chamber during operation.
6.3.1 Performing the spray extraction
On the user interface, select the spray extraction as the operating
mode.
Use the pen (A) with a specific nozzle (B) to specifically spray a
test item, Different nozzles are available as accessories, for de-
tails, see Finding accessories [
