8.15 Replacing the pen with the hose
The hose connected to the pen is a wear part that must be re-
placed when necessary.
Pens, which may only be used with water as the test liquid, are
marked with WATER ONLY.
For the replacement, proceed as follows:

The extraction unit is switched off.
ü
The door is open.
1. Loosen the quick-action coupling on the connection in the
extraction chamber.
2. Pull off the quick coupling connected to the pen with the
hose.
3. Insert the new pen with hose through the quick-action cou-
pling onto the connection in the extraction chamber.
4. Check that the pen is earthed, see Checking that the pen is
earthed [
