Checking the AquaSensor AS1000
Check the AquaSensor annually with the calibration and adjustment set. This
can be acquired from HYDAC under item no. 3122629.
You can find further information in the calibration and adjustment set
instruction manual.
Replace the AquaSensor if it exhibits great deviations.
Checking the float switch in the oil pan
Proceed as follows to test the float switch:
1. Use your fingers to raise the float switch in
the oil pan.
2. The FAM must shut down after ~ 3
seconds and the "Fault / Unit off" signal
lamp comes on.
3. Release the float switch and acknowledge
the fault message by pressing the
key.
4. The FAM resumes operation.
5. The function of the float switch is thus
ensured and the check has been
successfully completed.
