Both CPE interfaces tunnel activated and assigns GRE IP address. After creating a GRE tunnel VPN Layer 3 is also
necessary to set the static routing to determine the data stream from the internet, which will be routed through the
GRE tunnel. By default, the CPE does not send any data stream via the GRE tunnel. In the example static routing
network is set to IP address
192.168.2.0/24 through the tunnel (gateway IP address: 192.168.3.2).
