APN:
Access Point Name of the MMS server being connected.
•
Name:
Log on name for the MMS server.
•
Password:
Password for the MMS server.

Tap
OK.

Enter the IP address and the Port number for the WAP MMS
Gateway and tap
Finished.
Editing WAP Information Settings
If you tap
WAP Information
on the Edit properties screen:
1.
Enter the IP address and the Port information for the WAP Gateway.
2.
Tap
Next.
3.
Enter the IP address and the Port information for the secure WAP
Gateway.
4.
Tap
Finish.
Creating a New Connection
Before creating a new connection, you must obtain the following
information from your service provider:
•
To make a GPRS Connection:
• APN
• Username/Password
• DNS address
• IP address
•
To make an MMS Connection:
• MMS Center Address
• APN (for MMS server if different than Internet connection)
• User Name/Password
• IP Address/Port
•
To make a WAP connection:
• IP Address
• Port
• WAP Gateway
• Secure WAP Gateway—IP and Port
To create a new connection:
1.
Tap the down arrow under Country and select the appropriate
country name.
