Check this box if you require mutual CHAP authentication, which means that the
target must also log on to the initiator. You must also provide the target CHAP
user name and secret.

user name and secret. On the iSCSI Initiator you must also make sure that mutual
authentication is enabled. (On the Microsoft iSCSI Initiator, make sure Perform
mutual authentication is checked on the Targets tab in the Log On to Target
Advanced Settings.)
Target CHAP User
Name
This may be any meaningful CHAP user name. It does not need to match any
information on the iSCSI Initiator.
Target CHAP Secret
This should be the same CHAP Secret that you con fi gure for the target on the iSCSI
Initiator. (On the Microsoft iSCSI Initiator, this is the Secret as it is con fi gured from
the General tab.)
NOTE:

To delete a device
Select the required device and then click on Delete in the Details section to delete it. You will be prompted
to con fi rm that this is what you wish to do.
WARNING!
All data on the device will be deleted. The library’s deduplication store is also deleted. It may take up to
15 minutes to delete all the fi les and free space on the HP D2D.

Use this page to view and con fi gure cartridge settings. The number of slots con fi gured on the Devices
page for a library determines the number of cartridge rows that are available to edit on this page.
