NOTE:

If the System State shows that RAID has failed catastrophically and no RAID devices are available, the HP

Smart Array RAID controller has failed and needs replacing. See the relevant “HP D2D Backup System

Maintenance and Service Guide” for more information.

If more than one disk fails, you will lose all data on the HP D2D Backup System and the message

on the Summary page warns that the RAID system has failed catastrophically and that the RAID is

not recoverable.
