Hydraulic function
Tractor mounted control units must be
secured or locked when not in use or
in transport position.
Persons must not remain in the op-
erating range of foldable machine
components.
When operating hydraulic components, throttle
the control unit before the machine components
reach the limit stop.
Perform folding operations only after
the machine has been raised.
Hydraulics in DrillManager Müller
The hydraulic functions of machines with Drill-
Manager Müller are selected in the control unit
menu.
DrillManager Müller therefore has to be con-
nected to the tractor electronics at all times.
The hydraulic functions can only be selected
(see instructions on DrillManager ME) after the
machine data has been entered in the menu
and the hydraulic bout marker controls have
been activated.
The function "Lift" is depressurised when
switched on and blocked with electricity.
The functions "Flaps and Bout Markers" are
switched on with electricity and blocked.
The bout markers are retracted when lifting out
the machine in the event of mains failure.
Unfold / fold machine
Folding:
Connect the DrillManager Müller and select
hydraulics "Lift" in the display.
Lift the machine.
Switch on the hydraulic "Wing" function in
the display.
Fold the machine.
With optional equipment: The safety catch
on the seed wagon automatically clicks into
place. The function of the safety catch must
be checked, to prevent accidents.
Depending on the hitched up machine, insert
the pins of the safety catch.
Fill the hydraulic cylinder on the undercarriage
with spacers (transportation support for road
transportation).
Lower the machine onto the transportation
support of the hydraulic cylinders.
Switch of the DrillManager before travelling
on roads.
