Flushing in liquid preparations during
filling
1. Connect the suction hose to the filling con -
nection.

2. Open the filler valve.
3. Set the ball valve on the suction side to Fill
spraying mixture container .
4. Set the ball valve on the pressure side to Fill
spraying mixture container .
5. By switching on the PTO-shaft the piston
diaphragm pump is activated and the filling
process starts.
6. Set the ball valve on the pressure side to
illuviation valve .
7. Open the lid on the illuviation valve.
8. Fill the preparation quantity calculated and
measured for filling the tank into the illuvia-
tion valve.
9. Turn the switch-over ball valve (5) to the po-
sition for sucking-off. Have the content com -
pletely sucked off from the illuviation valve.
10. Close the switch-over ball valve (5) again.
The process may need to be repeated if the
required preparation could not be filled in
during a single process.
11. Pre-clean the illuviation valve with the rins-
ing nozzles (4).
12. Open the switch-over ball valve (5) and
have the contents sucked off.
13. Close the switch-over ball valve (5) again.
14. Set the ball valve on the pressure side again
to Fill spraying mixture container .
15. Top up the water shortfall.
16. Adjust the desired agitator power.

During the filling process the water sucked in
through the suction hose is present at the il-
luviation valve.
To clean the illuviation valve after filling, set
the ball valve on the suction side to fresh water
tank and the ball valve on the pressure side to
illuviation valve
.
Use the washing gun to remove any residues
from the illuviation valve. Pull lever (2) and op-
erate the gun.
Make sure that no undesired point-type entries
of preparation are generated!
