Continuous inside cleaning is a quick cleaning
process of the crop protection sprayer without
leaving the cabin.
The continuous inside cleaning process is con-
trolled from the driver's cabin.
Mode of operation:
Principle of positive
displacement instead of principle of dilution
The additional centrifugal pump feeds clear
water through the internal cleaning nozzles into
the spraying mixture container. The piston dia-
phragm pump sucks in this water and uses it to
force the chemical residue through the nozzles
out of the line system.
This means quick, thorough cleaning with opti-
mised water consumption.
NOTE
The initially forced out residual quantity is un-
diluted (up to 40 l). Spray the residual quantity
on an untreated surface!

On machines of the Eco ProfiClean System
variant, internal cleaning can be activated at
the terminal in the submenu of the spraying
mixture container by switching on the cen-
trifugal pump.

Continuous inside cleaning must be stopped
manually after thorough cleaning, at the lat-
est as soon as there is no more water in the
fresh water tank..

The duration of the
Continuous inside cleaning
process depends on how heavily the crop
protection sprayer is soiled with the crop
protection agents used.

Operate the continuous inside cleaning func-
tion until only fresh water runs out of the
nozzles.
¾
Follow the manufacturer instructions of the
crop protection agents.
Process of continuous inside cleaning
1. Fill the fresh water tank with 400 l of water.
2. Set the ball valve on the suction side to
spray-
ing mixture container
.
3. Set the ball valve on the pressure side to
Circulation/spraying
.
4. Call up the menu of the spraying mixture
container on the terminal.
5. If necessary, the border nozzles can also be
cleaned.
6. Activate the centrifugal pump in the submenu.
7. Inside cleaning starts.

Fresh water is pumped into the spraying
mixture container via the inside cleaning
nozzles.
8. Deactivate the centrifugal pump on the ter-
minal as soon as there are 50 litres in the
spraying mixture container.
9. Switch on the PTO-shaft.
10. Open the folding boom nozzles (activate
spraying) until there are only 30 litres left in
the spraying.
11. Reactivate the centrifugal pump on the ter-
minal until there are 50 litres in the spraying
mixture container.
12. Deactivate the centrifugal pump on the
terminal.
13. Repeat points 10 - 12 until the fresh water
tank is empty.
14. Cleaning is completed as soon as there
is no more water in the fresh water and
spraying mixture container and the folding
boom pressure is 0 bar.
15.
Switch off the PTO-shaft.
