Other functions

Water level automatic adjustment function
The water level automatic adjustment function is provided for maintenance. When the
receiving light adjustment at the water level is needed because of the optical part
replacement, automatic adjustment is available by touch panel operation on the monitor of
display box.

History display function
LO-300 can save up to 100 sets of history information.
The history information is as follows:

Oil film detection (alarm)

Motor stop, frequency of 40 Hz or less, or luminescence stop

Oil film detection (warning)

Motor rotation error

Upper limit error

Notification of laser replacement

Lower limit error

Normal return (from oil film alarm, oil film warning, upper limit error, lower limit error)

Temperature error

Laser replacement display function
In the LO-300, when the working days reaches the laser replacement time (approx. 1450
days), a message prompting laser exchange is displayed on the monitoring monitor screen of
the display box. Also, when the laser replacement time (approx. 1460 days) has elapsed, a
system error contact will be output. Oil film monitoring continues, but if this message is
displayed, please replace the laser earlier. For system error contact release, please refer to
“ Releasing contact output ” (page 21).
