ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Remove the engine pivot nut and bolt.

Make sure the wires and cables do not interfere with
the engine components, and separate the frame
from the engine.

Remove the distance collar and engine mounting
bushings.

Remove the frame pivot nut, bolt and engine hanger
bracket.

Remove the swing rod pivot nuts, washer (lower),
bolts and the swing rod.

The jack height

must be adjusted to

relieve stress for

ease of bolt

removal.
