5.2. Connectivity Options
The Connectivity option on the Controls screen allows you to specify whether to:
•
Retrieve patient information when you scan a new case
•
Enable or disable the DigitalNow archiving feature
•
Verify DigitalNow images before sending them to an archive
In order to use these features, a Hologic service engineer must (1) configure the
system with the DigitalNow license and enable the license, and (2) configure your
system to receive information from a patient database and transmit results to an
external storage archive.
Note: The Connectivity options appear only if the system has been configured with
the DigitalNow license.

To display the Connectivity screen
Touch the
Controls
tab and then select
Connectivity
.
