4.5 Managing Disk Space
The Disk Space Cleanup settings allow you to control the amount of free space available
on the server’s hard drive.

The Cleanup Threshold setting is normally set to 25GB. As the server processes cases,
it stores them until the hard drive has 25GB of space left. Then, the server begins
deleting the oldest cases. The Cleanup Threshold limit must be between10-1500 GB.
Set a higher value to decrease the number of old cases stored on the hard drive.

The Amount to Free setting controls how much disk space is cleared when the
Cleanup Threshold is reached. The Amount to Free limit must be between 5-500 GB.
Set a higher value to decrease the number of old cases stored on the hard drive.
Contact the TAC before changing these settings.
To adjust the free space on the hard drive:
1.
Click
System Control
. The System Control screen appears:

Adjust the Disk Space Cleanup settings as needed for the site.
3.
Click
Apply
to confirm the change(s).
Note
Clicking
Reset
resets all settings to previously saved values.
