6.5 Printer Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble printing ImageChecker CAD (2D) results:
1.
Check the status of the printer queue. Check the printer to make sure it is powered
on and ready for use.
2.
Double-check the printer IP addresses and ports with the site’s Radiology IT/PACS
staff.
3.
Open the Printers and Faxes window by selecting
Start > Printers and Faxes
. Ensure
that the printer is listed and enabled, and that the correct printer is selected as the
default.
4.
Check that the cables related to the printer are plugged in and firmly inserted.
5.
Check the content, layout, and size of the printout on the CAD SC Output Options
section of the System Setting – Processing screen. See
page 49 for more information.
6.
Consult with site’s IT administrator to determine if there are any network issues.
7.
Double-check the printer driver software. You might need to install printer drivers
that are compatible with the Cenova server’s Windows operating system.
