turn the tyre on the rim (adjustment program)

• 

Turn  the  wheel  according  to  the  right  direction 
indication and make a double mark on the right side 
of the tyre exactly perpendicular to and above the 
main shaft (

Fig. 5-38

).

• 

Remove the wheel from the unit.

• 

Readjust the tyre on the rim until the double mark 
coincides with the valve (

Fig. 5-39

).

• 

Clamp the wheel on the unit and readjust it so that 
the valve is exactly perpendicular to and above the 
main shaft.

In this way optimisation is completed and unbalance 
compensation is carried out.
