Remove Wire Clip from end of Tilt Limiter
Lever. Set Clip aside.

Pull Tilt Limiter Lever free from assembly.

Tilt Limiter Lever

Wire Clip

Remove Shoulder Bolt and Flange Bushing
from each side of Rack.

Rotate Rack and pull free from assembly.

While wearing safety glasses, use hammer to
tap flat blade screwdriver under Tension
Spring. Pry up on spring until end is free from
tilt assembly.

Remove 2 Hex Washer Head Screws.
