Secure the back Seat Clips by tapping 
with palm of hand until seated firmly in 
place. An audible click will typically be 
heard when clips have engaged prop-
erly.

There should be a credit card’s thick-
ness between the seat back and bottom 
once in place.

Bolts

Install replacement lower back bolts using t-
40 torx wrench (90 in/lbs)

Install lower spine bolts using t-40 torx 
wrench (90 in/lbs)

 Insert the Back Angle Knob into the Spine 
by sliding it into the slot as shown. Make 
sure the Knob is fully engaged by pushing it 
in as far as possible. Verify that the knob is 
securely seated by striking the end of the 
Knob with either the palm of your hand or a 
rubber mallet.
