Strike end of knock off tool with hammer to
separate tilt from cylinder. Remove Tilt.

Set replacement Tilt onto Base/Cylinder
assembly. Firmly push down on Tilt.

Position Rack onto assembly. Install
Flange Bushing and Shoulder bolt.

Shoulder Bolt

Flange Bushing

Tighten Shoulder Bolts to 250 in/lbs.

Install 2 Hex Washer Screws. Tighten
Screws to 55 in/lbs.

Hex Washer
Head Screw

Insert Tilt Limiter Lever into assembly.
