Close Lid. Insert replacement Spring into tilt
assembly.

Spring

Pull Spring out and rotate up to remove from
tilt assembly.

Use flat blade screwdriver to connect Spring
to tilt assembly.

Position Rack onto assembly. Install
Flange Bushing and Shoulder bolt.

Shoulder Bolt

Flange Bushing

Tighten Shoulder Bolts to 250 in/lbs.
