FILTERING
Put on protective gear: Be sure to use all approved safety equipment
in-cluding, apron, face shield and gloves. Never begin filtering until
you’re wearing all safety gear. Hot oil can cause severe burns.

recommended. Hot oil can splash out and severe burns could result.

Check Filter Pan: Use a new filter pad on the first filter of each day,
but the same filter pad can be used the rest of the day, except for fish

drain pan
is as far back under fryer as it will go and the filter pan
cover is in place. If the
filter drain pan or cover is not in place, the
display shows “CHK PAN”
2.
Make sure oil is hot: The best results are obtained when the frying oil
is filtered at the normal frying temperature.
