Operation
Data logging
Using the data logging function, various process data of the Hei-VAP Industrial can
be recorded in the form of measurement series. The internal database offers a total of
20 slots with a capacity of 72,000 measuring points per measurement series for this.
Data is recorded at individually defined intervals. With the shortest recording interval
of one second, a maximum total recording time of approximately 27 hours can be
achieved.
If
the Hei-VAP Industrial is operated in combination with an automatic module
Hei-VOLUME Distimatic Pro , a recording interval of ≥ 30 seconds is recommended to
ensure a recording period of at least three weeks.
When combined with an automatic module Hei-VOLUME
Distimatic Pro , the Datalogging function of the Hei-VAP
Industrial records the values of the integrated pressure sensor,
including the overpressure values reached when draining the distil-
late out of the evaporator.
While draining the distillate by overpressure, which is controlled by
the automatic module Hei-VOLUME Distimatic Pro , the process
area (evaporation flask & condenser) is completely isolated by two
closing valves and no medium is fed in or discharged.
During this period of up to 30 seconds, the vacuum values of the
process area are not recorded!
After draining the distillate, the associated area is brought back to
the process vacuum and the bypass is switched on again.
Activating / deactivating data logging
The data logging function is manually activated/deactivated. The function status active/
inactive is visualized using the appearance of the
Datalog...
button:
