Each thumbnail has a variety of controls:

Thumbnail Buttons
Waveform and vectorscope are available on thumbnails only, not on
MPEG-4 streaming video.
•
To view a thumbnail’s input through the vectorscope, click V . The
button turns yellow. Click V again to return to thumbnail display.
• To view a thumbnail’s input through the waveform monitor, click
W . The button turns yellow. Click W again to return to thumbnail
display.
To determine the line that is analyzed by the waveform or vectorscope,
set the
Line Number parameter in the sub-device’s Control window.
To view a larger waveform or vectorscope, double click on the image.
A pop-up window opens. To close the window, click on the X in the top
right corner.
Multicasting
QSEE6800
+
modules use multicasting to stream thumbnails and/or
MPEG-4 video simultaneously to multiple devices. Using multicasting
means that a QSEE6800
+
module uses the same amount of bandwidth
regardless of the number of clients it transmits data to, rather than using
bandwidth proportionally to a module’s number of clients, as in
point-to-point communication.
