Connections between the Harmonic equipment and other equipment must be made in a manner that
is consistent with maintaining compliance with FCC radio frequency emission limits. Modifications to
this equipment not expressly approved by Harmonic may void the authority granted to the user by
the FCC to operate this equipment and you may be required to correct any interference to radio or
television communications at your own expense.
2. ICES–003 statement (Canada)
English:
This Class A digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003.
French:

3. CE Declaration of Conformity (European Union)
This product has been tested in accordance too, and complies with the Low Voltage Directive
(2014/35/EU) and EMC Directive (2014/30/EU). The product has been marked with the CE Mark to
illustrate its compliance.
4. VCCI Class A warning (Japan)
English translation of the notice above: This is a Class A product based on the standard of the
Voluntary Control Council for Interference (VCCI) from Information Technology Equipment. If this
equipment is used in a domestic environment, it may cause radio interference. When such trouble
occurs, the user may be required to take corrective actions.
5. BSMI EMC notice (Taiwan)
English translation of the notice above: This is a Class A Information Product, when used in
residential environment, it may cause radio frequency interference, under such circumstances, the
user may be requested to take appropriate counter measures.
