7.1 Exception Handling
When the exception generates, or there is prompt information occurred in the screen
of power analyzer, please read the following table to find the solution. If the problem
cannot be solved yet or users need any service, please contact ZLG ZHIYUAN
Electronics.

There is blank display
on the screen after
the power analyzer is
switched on.
Make sure that the connection of power cord and host power interface as
well as the power outlet connection is correct.
Check the supply voltage is set within the allowable range.
Check the display settings.
Check the fuse is blown.
The displayed data
are improper.
Check the ambient temperature and humidity conform to the specifications
of power analyzer.
Check whether it is affected by noise.
Check the connection of measuring line.
Check the wiring mode.
Check the line filter is set to OFF.
Check the setting of measurement interval.
Please restart the power analyzer.
The operation button
cannot work.
Check whether the lock button is closed.
Test the operation of the button. If the test fails, the button should be
repaired.
Trigger failure
Check the trigger condition.
Check the input of trigger source.
The memory media
cannot be recognized.
Check the format of memory media. If necessary, please format the memory
media.
The memory media may be damaged.
