The » No./Ref. « function is used to enter up to 16 characters
for the dictation; examples include file or patient numbers.
•
Use the up »▲« or down »▼« button to select the
» No./Ref. « menu item.
• Press the » OK « button.
•
Use the up »▲« or down »▼« button to select
» NR on «, » NR off « or » NR auto «.
– If » NR on « is chosen, reference characters may be
entered for each new dictation;
– » NR off «, no number/reference selected;
– » NR auto «, means that each new dictation has the
same number or reference.
• Press the » OK « button.
• If you have a new dictation or if you have selected the
» NR auto
« function, use the up or down button »▲«
»▼« to select a number/reference from the list.
• Confirm the entry by pressing the » OK « button.
• Repeat the entry for other letters.
Notes:
Digits and special characters are located in the second
level of the character set; select the character »

To return to the first level of the character set, select the
character »
